Service Calls are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Same day needs will be met if available.

Services are scheduled on a "go to work" basis
Handyman Services are charged hourly and typically do not require lead-times for materials
Each project will be charged a one time service fee based on service location, a one labor-hour minimum, plus materials
Each hour after the first hour will be charged quarterly based on skill required to complete the project

Labor rate based

All service calls will be charged a 1 hour minimum. Each hour after that billed quarterly and based on required skill level.

These projects require entry level skillsets but may be completed by a master craftsman. All craftsman have competencies in this area.
